I am done by giving interviews.

Have you ever faced a situation where you give the interviews for more than a month, and one day you finally feel like you don’t want to do it anymore, you feel like giving up? You broke down and felt like you are worthless.

Well, I am going through the same situation, ‘the job hunting phase.’
Seriously, someday I just started crying when I feel like yeah, now I will get selected, but I am not. It’s a depressing situation for me. Every day it makes me feel when I don’t get selected that I am not capable of anything. Because sometimes, the company offering a salary is less than my expectation and sometimes they don’t feel I fit for their organization’s.

Sometimes they say their HR will contact me after few minutes, but I never had a call from them afterward.

I really feel like why they don’t understand the pain of the employees. If you cannot provide the expected salary, don’t waste time by taking their interview. It would help if you revealed the amount you are willing to pay for that particular post in the starting so that it will be easy for both of us to decide whether we should continue or not.

But now the company can’t reveal anything about the salary and at last when you put your expecting amount. They are like, we are sorry, but we don’t have that much budget.

And one of the best excuses every organization now comes up with is the market conditions due to this Covid-19. Like seriously, you can come up with this after I wasted so much time and effort.

Anyways, I don’t know if I am the only one facing this problem or you are one like me?
